Yasser Badri 12-23-2021 The Ministries of Social Solidarity, Communications and Information Technology in Egypt launched the "National Network of Disabilities", which aims to provide appropriate job opportunities for them. The new network will enhance remote work for persons with disabilities in Egypt, and overcoming the obstacles facing them in their working lives. "The National Network of Persons with Disabilities" is a complement to the Ministry's efforts to empower and raise the capabilities of persons with determination and provide opportunities for them in the field of technology. "We are working on training our children with disabilities and providing appropriate opportunities for them, after confronting many obstacles, including the lack of understanding of business owners of their capabilities and what they can achieve. The new platform will bring together all the services of the state, so that the job seekers meet with the owners of the business with business owners and present the opportunities available in various fields for them." "Dahrouj" indicated that: "The owners of special capabilities will fill out a form that contains their skills and specialties, and everything related to them to be in front of the business owners in knowing the appropriate roles for them." And "Dahrouj" added that the network is the product of fruitful cooperation between the ministries of solidarity and communications, and "the network has been activated recently and was agreed to implement workshops in cooperation with the Ministry of Social Solidarity, and we also chose one day to organize the (initiatives) conference with the help of people with determination who were credited with launching the network and working to implement it in the best possible way." For her part, Walaa Salem, director of the jobs and skills project with disabilities by using information technology, said, "Our goal is to avoid all the obstacles that were present in front of the owners of determination from the lack of decent and appropriate opportunities, and the business sector was not identified on their capabilities, so we thought about the work of a network in which they are assembled with business owners who in turn refer to the jobs they have and the qualifications required for the job." Salem stressed, "We thought that the network is comprehensive and that it is a window for them to learn about the services provided by the state as a whole from government agencies, private parties and civil society organizations in light of the state's direction to take care of them, appreciation and give them a great space." On the way to enter the network, Salem said, "The person from the owners of determination is entering the network and making his own account that contains all his data, the type of disability and experiences that he formed and the level of education, and business owners provide job data that they have and the qualifications required for them, and does the company have a spatial available for the owner of a disability." And then "a communication occurs between the person from the owner of the anxiety and the company after determining the extent of its suitability for the job, and more than one way to make the interview was chosen either through the video in them or in writing, so that the owner of the mission does not bear the hardship of going to make the interview." And Salem indicated, "We did a guide to deal between people with determination and companies, how to deal and present themselves to the labor market, and how to communicate with each other professionally, as well as success in the job interview, and all of this is supported by sign language."
